High clouds will pass over the peaks, which may reduce the sunshine at times. Temperatures will be essentially stationary with zero temperatures at 2300 m above sea level.

The synoptic situation will not change much. A weak anticyclone will remain over the Alps.
A few high cloud bodies will pass from the west, otherwise often sunny weather. Relatively mild weather.

On Monday, cloud cover will increase from the south, though some sunny spells will persist. Tuesday will remain mostly cloudy or overcast across the entire province. This settled gray weather continues into Wednesday, with precipitation likely by evening and overnight - snowfall is expected above 700-1000 m. On Christmas Day clouds clearing throughout the day, leading to mostly sunny skies.
