In most of the region, clouds will predominate in the afternoon, with the sunniest day in the Vinschgau Valley.

The maximum values range from 2° to 7°.

Humid air masses will reach the region from the south. A weak cold front will dominate the weather on the northern side of the Alps.
Low-lying clouds will restrict visibility, especially in the southern mountain ranges. Towards the north, sunny spells are possible during the day, the longest in the Vinschgau Valley.

Although the air pressure will rise, the lower layers of air close to the ground will remain moist.
In the central mountain groups from Ulten via the Sarntal to the Stubai and Zillertal Alps, low clouds will mostly ensure cloudy conditions, with the occasional snowflake. On the mountains in the Venosta Valley and towards the Sesto Dolomites, however, the day is often sunny.

On Tuesday, there will be low stratus clouds in many places, which will only clear slowly. On Wednesday, denser clouds will alternate with sunny spells. Thursday will continue to bring a lot of clouds, with the sun only rarely making an appearance. On Friday, the sun will probably shine for longer again.
